The camp road around picturesque Long Pond, nestled in Parsonsfield, Maine ordinarily provides a peaceful, scenic, and refreshing walking place for the author and her two collies, but on April 14, 2011, accepted routine was horribly altered. The pond was hungry that day, hungry for victims. Indelible Memory is the author's recollection of that day.

Author Biography

Blanche Collomy, an ardent animal lover, resides in Parsonsfield, Maine with her current rescue dogs, Marley, a Rough Coat collie, and Smoke, a Shetland Sheepdog. She has shared many adventures, some good and others not so good, with her dogs over the years, which provides a vast reservoir of material to draw upon for stories. This is her first self-illustrated short story.
